for me too. thought it might be best to just have naomi pick a day and
whoever can go goes and whoever can't makes the next one, i think it will
save a lot of traffic on the list. We could make this semi-regular and get

We would love to host a gathering here at the White Dog!
We would have more flexibility to reserve a designated space for just
listserv folks if we picked a less busy time (maybe a Tues or Wed after
work?). Or if we didn't need a designated area and instead just wanted to be
mixed in with everyone else in the bar or patio, and we can give the
bartender nametags if anyone cares to be identified.
If we do the reserved space for a few hours for folks to just have drinks
and maybe get a bit to eat off the bar menu (or, of course, the dinner menu
if you want) we can use our dens area. We can open the windows open for a
little breeze if the weather is nice and we just replaced the tables with
beautiful wood tops. Or, if we try our luck, we might be able to get a patio
table table outside.
