An invitation to the community from the African Cultural Center....
FESTAC banquet Hall is a new central gathering place and focal point in Southwest Philadelphia, weaving together the social and cultural resources of the city. The development of the African Cultural Center is an essential part of Philadelphia's strategy to revitalize our neighborhoods.
This Center will serve as a conduit to build awareness among the African communities, foster citizenship and civic engagements of all nationalities which will promote economic development and self-sufficiency of the community.
This day is for our neighbors, university city residents, city leaders and activists to tour our facilities and meet with our distinguished service providers. A variety of culturally accented refreshments will be served with a smile and local exhibitors include caterers, florists, photographers, limo services , decorators, linen services, bakeries and others.
