I am truly perplexed about the messagefrom Lillja below. Is this a masterful piece of satire or what? The notion that 18% trumps 82% in a "democracy"? Sort of reminds me of the old notion of the poll tax, where only those with the moola to "pay and play" had access to the voting booth.
