One that seemed healthy enough in the 4300 block of Spruce, one (or maybe two) in the 4400 block, one on 44th Street between Spruce & Locust, and one is "marked" on 45th St between Locust & Walnut. All but the first were/are sycamores. The city seems to be doing it (rather than PECO ... at least, they're the ones whose "no parking" signs are up). Anybody know why?
