Yes, dogs are covered within "air management, public health". No longer than 15 minutes in duration.

WAS: Today's NY Times:Could This Work Here? Speaking of dogs, does anyone know if there is a city statute regarding dogs who are kept outside? In our immediate neighborhood, there are several dogs who seem to be outside all of the time, including the middle of the night. They are obviously large dogs and are prone to barking loudly at all hours, almost every night. We can hear them perfectly, even with the windows closed. As far as I'm concerned, this is noise pollution in the same way that my neighbor's stereo blasting at 3 a.m. would be considered noise pollution. Is there anything that can be done about this? It is most annoying, and I can't imagine what it's going to be like once we are forced to open the windows in the evenings. --Christy >From: Kyle Cassidy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > >Personally, I strongly support the proposed legislation to put dog owners >on >the leash.
