There's been a lot of spray paint lately on the block. Some of it is connected to work done by Peco on the underground electrical line. We have a tree in front of our house that has an orange mark on the street side at the curb. It had a no parking placard pinned on it on the street side one day last week, saying that the tree was going to be taken down. My wife called in to the park people and was told the tree had been inspected earlier and was going to be removed due to poor health. No one told us or asked.
