I can't believe Kyle is going to give up that easily ! Is your companian a man or is he a mouse ???
This is a matter of principle and by God and we have some of the best legal minds in the city right here on this list with lot's of free time & just dieing for some free publicity.
It wouldn't surprise me at all that if they tried to prosecute Kyle they would have to deal with the full wrath of Jonathan Cass (Silverman, Vogel and whatchamacallit) Wolfie and an army of lawyers here poised to stand up for truth justice and the American way ANDD the entire Cassiday clan at amazingly affordable price.
We'll have every TV station in the city standing by to film Kyle being dragged away while still clutching unplanted begonias to his bosom. Just think how proud you'll be when you can tell your coworkers "that was MY MAN !" being beaten on the national news !
And if worse comes to worse, Kyle can always plead insanity. There are a lot of people on this list who would be very happy to confrim that.

Hah! Get this: Jannie Blackwell's office says that landscaping the lot would be considered TRESPASSING, because it does not belong to Kyle. So instead, the blight on the block that is that vacant lot has to sit there undisturbed, lest Kyle get hauled into court by heaven-knows-who.
