Wonder No More, Devils Advacat At Hotmail Dot Com!

We were thinking "this block needs more trees, there's too much cement" and
"boy, a tree would be great here in the pit that already exists and used to
hold two trees previously (one killed by an automotive accident)", and "we
really like trees, and that would really shade the hot sidewalk in the
summer".

We were also thinking "hrm, which kind of tree works best under-wire? let's
contact the fine folks at UC Green and find out what their experienced people
have to say about it", and "wow, they know what kinds of trees work best
under wires as is typical in a street-side tree pit", and "hey, they're
selling some of those kinds of trees, great!".

Finally we were thinking "hey, that Hawthorne really looks great!" and
"Thanks, Amanda and Steve and the UCD personnel who helped transport it!"

Oh, and during the planting I was thinking "boy is it hot, boy is this tree
heavy, boy do I know diddly-squat about trees, much less planting them".
