If anyone needs two old toilet tanks (the type that
connect to a separate bowl ,w/ a "J-tube", c. 1930-40?) please take them.
They are located in the alley behind 508 S. 45th St. The lids are there also,
and hardware. The lids may be worth taking, because tank lids
sometimes get broken, and these are a shape that is dificult to
replace.
There is also an oval porcelain sink bowl (for
attaching underneath a marble sink top) that is sitting there, available.
Unfortunately, the hairline cracks allow water to seep through (I tried to
repair it from underneath, but it didn't work, but maybe you can spend more time
on it.)
