You have to be willing to tell one special interest group one thing and tell the other group the exact opposite and then make your public speeches just vague enough that neither group realizes you lied to them.
I think Arlen Specter teaches a course in that if anyone is interested.
What's wrong with Specters face anyway ? I've never seen jowls on someone quite like that. It looks like he had plastic surgery that went horribly wrong. I could never vote for someone with jowls like that.
