As to your alleged "saw dust problem," it sounds to me like you have been
partying a bit too much with Pete "Mr. Pills" Coyle.

As for Jonathan's suggestion of playing off-leash in the bowl.  While my
puppy would love to chase kids through the tot playground, I'm more
concerned about him charging off after the unfortunate squirrel.
Children usually have parents nearby to help protect them from my puppy
ferocious tongue, but who's looking out for the poor defenseless
squirrels (not to mention the local chicken eating rats)?
