I agree that that block of Locust is DANGEROUS due to the clowns who insist on double parking.
Sometimes they are double parked on BOTH sides, impeding the view of oncoming traffic in
both lanes and making it hard for any cars to get through. You have to kind of snake back
and forth to get through and you cannot see what the oncoming traffic is doing.
Why not ticket THOSE illegally parked cars?
Because half the time, the cars parked illegally belong to the Police -- both marked and unmarked.
... but then of course, watching cars navigate (or try to navigate) the Cichane is a fun part of Formula One racing.
