The weather was great! However, people were not "buying" (at least not at THE ARTS LEAGUE TENT !!
, I guess,we are not used to the LOUD "noise" called music by the bands, nor are we used to being forced to listen to people who can NOT sing. (The "mix" at the MAY FAIR was great, something for everyone!)
As for the Music and ARTS Festival, we didn't see much ART!
Mostly what I saw were tatooed and pierced people who came to hang out and listen to the music/loud noise.
I know I am from a different time, place, cultural, and educational level and generation, and have always participated in all Fairs and Festivals, but this was the very first time, my ears "rang" ALL NIGHT.
Also, word was circulated that the Fall Festival would be Sept. 25th....are you aware that is
YOM KIPPUR? We were informed earlier that it would be Sept. 11th and THE CEDAR PARK NEIGHBORS FAIR would be Sept. 18th. Can we get some feedback?
We would like to participate, but cannot if the "music" is going to be the same awful stuff!  (As a musician, I do bring some expertise with my opinion.)
