[UC] Historic Designation reform Task Force hearing is scheduled

The task force formed by Councilwoman Blackwell will hold its first public hearing this Thursday, 6:30 pm, at the main campus of the Community College of Philadelphia. Unfortunately (deliberately?), this has not been well publicized. And, they do need inputs from residents of the city.   Please contact me off-list for what little additional information I may be able to provide.   Incidentally, this is a city-wide issue, and not something focused on the specifics associated with the way the debate in Spruce Hill has turned from "yes or no" to "historic designation or neighborhood conservation or no."     Always at your service and ready for a dialog, Al Krigman
