Dear Kyle,

I am simply at a loss for words to express how sorry I am.

Perhaps you should put your property and vicinity on the 18th District roll
call for reasons of attempted break-ins, vandalism etc.

In case you do not know how this is done you can either write a letter to
the Captain or better yet go online to:

http://www.phila.gov/

Scroll down on the left side where it says:

"Help Me" and down to where it says:

"Report Illegal Activity."

The police will announce this problem area at roll call and they will check
out the area for a while.

If all else fails, bring out your full artillery on Independence Day during
the fireworks and in full view of all who may be outside and fire mindlessly
into the air while waving your American Flag, "just to let 'em know you're
packin'."

Regards,

Wilma
