I would be interested in hearing the rationale for running one of the boundaries for the catchment area down Sansom Street so that south side is in the catchment area but the north side is not.  If the entire street had been included, it could have served as a powerful engine for redevelopment -- which Sansom Street sorely needs.  Yes, this means that I am stating that Sansom Street NEEDS TO BE GENTRIFIED.
