Geographic location is not as important of a quality to spin off of. We have so much more to offer. The Left Bank, Carl Dranoff's building, said it was located on the "Smart Side of Center City", I think that tag-line has more merit as it relates to the wealth of educational resources we have to offer this side of the river. How about: "Where Cultures Combine" or "The World in one Great Neighborhood"...if we are trying to distinguish ourselves from the rest of the city's neighborhoods.
