Thanks to all who responded about the fax machine. In my panic I had
completely forgotten about Baltimore Ave... In addition, a WONDERFUL
neighbor "restauranteer" near the corner of 47th and Warrington (enough
clues, folks???) has offered me the use of thier fax this evening!

There is FAX machine service in the African video store on the south
side of the 4600 block of Baltimore Avenue just east of Farragut Street.
