For detailed analysis of crime in Philadelphia, and in the UC area in
particular, I would recommend CrimeBase:

http://www.cml.upenn.edu/crimebase/

You can view trends, charts, summary statistics, etc.  It takes a little
getting used to (not point & click) but you can find out lots of
interesting information.
