Do you mean a list of houses for sale in University City? View the local Realtors' web sites for their information, and/or call a local Realtor who will be happy to email you the most up-to-date information on all listings, from the Multiple Listing Service. You can also look at Realtor.com, by zip code, but it is not quite up to date and it won't give you the addresses of the properties - though it will link back to the Realtors' web sites where you can get the addresses.
This is not the first time I've heard reference to some private list at Penn. I'm not sure if this practice would be legal, if such a list exists. If Penn doesn't own the properties they are marketing, PA law would require real estate licenses and a broker to market them. And if Penn's list is "closed to the outside community," wouldn't that suggest discrimination, which is certainly not legal?
This is a really exciting time for real estate sales in University City: everyone wants to live here, and no one wants to leave! As a longtime resident, I find that very gratifying; as a Realtor, it is challenging.
