Title: Re: [UC] more election mumbo jumbo
Well,

Consider the fact that the New England Patriots whipped the New York Jets and went on to win the Super Bowl.

                                and...

The Boston Red Sox trounced the NY Yankees and went on to win the World Series,

                                and...

The Democratic National Convention was held in Boston and the Republican National Convention was held in New York City.

I didn’t even know about the Washington Redskins loss/and the Incumbent President losing a re-election thing.

Although I am not necessarily superstitious, I shall say this:

Whomever wins tomorrow will become the President of the United States, and as an American citizen and a Democrat who does not necessarily agree with Republican politics, I will honor and respect that choice and try to live with it.

Will Republicans do the same if the opposite should be true??

Regards,

Wilma

Well, at least you didn't label it the science of election forecasting.

A thought:

Washington was the weaker, more poorly disciplined prepared and skilled team. Sounds just like the Kerry Team.

In a brutal vicious world, why are we going with this loser? I don't want a Tiberius, but Kerry is sure no Tiberius Claudius Nero Caesar Drusus.

In the end this will be no more than another challenge, like crossing 45th & Springfield.
