I've been looking for an analysis of the Philadelphia ballot question:

"Should the city of Philadelphia borrow $76,251,010 for and toward transit, streets, sanitation, municipal buildings, parks, recreation, museum, and economic and community development? Vote yes or no."

...and I can't find any breakdown of this issue in any of the papers.
Vote No!

Because the Street administration is so inept and seeded with corruption, why would you trust this administration with anymore bond money? Our municipal bond rating again has gone down, which means we will now have to pay more interest on the offering. More money means Street will postpone economies till his term is over. Good for him, very bad for us.

If you want Commonwealth support, then you need to work with the Commonwealth, which is Republican controlled. Of course Street the ultra Dem partisan has rejected any collegiality from the Rs when they want input on how Commonwealth money is spent.

Make Street and his cronies lame ducks. Rebuild city government with bright honest civil servants. People who bring a sense of honesty and integrity to their job.

Sorry about the diatribe.
