Just remember -- the ONLY reason Kerry had any chance of winning past about 11PM was that "outdated electoral college system." 11 PM (yes, that early) is about when Bush developed his lead in the Popular vote. Even when Kerry was debating the Outcome of Ohio at 2am, he was only claiming an additional 250,000 votes -- up against Bush's national plurality at that time of over 3 million votes.
