How about the Medicaid program? It is my
understanding that Medicaid, in terms of % spent on administrative costs, is a
model of efficiency compared to private industry.

Reason Magazine is a publication of the Reason Foundation. This is a
well-established highly-regarded libertarian foundation that champions the US
Constitution, especially the parts protecting individual rights. It's the
pre-eminent voice in advocating privatization of services such as schools,
trash collection, and so forth (yes, and Social Security) that taxpayers
should fund but private enterprise should manage for the sake of effectiveness
and cost-efficiency. Which, of course, makes its snooking of Donald Trump
especially interesting.
