Hello neighbors, There is a healthy looking, fixed, large black and white male cat wandering from door to door mewing very loudly as if lost. I think perhaps he belongs to someone because his coat is nice and shiny and he looks healthy. If anyone knows where his home is he is currently on Locust between 45th and 46th. I would bring him inside but I am allergic.
