The ACLU does not care about the government maintaining historical and genealogical records on cows. However, they do oppose the government collecting, let alone maintaining such records on humans. Also, they are termed "illegal aliens" explicitly because they have done everything they possibly can to obscure their existence. Of course what you don't say is that the original writer was implying that such records SHOULD be kept on illegal aliens because they have more in common with cows than with humans; but that would never be considered an interpretation of the statement unless the writer was a member of the Bush Administration. > CONSTITUTION > They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq.
