The American Red Cross is becoming desperately and chronically short of
blood.

One pint can save as many as 3 people.
So, the time and blood that you give do count as significant gifts and at
the most sublimely, anonymous level.

Donated blood has kept several members of my family alive over the year.
Donations were given during adult heart surgery and to a brand new "blue"
baby.
One nephew was clobbered by a drunk driver and a transfusion made the
difference between life and death and with life, recovery was achieved.

A drive will be held in the Auditorium of St. Francis de Sales on
        Saturday March 5, 2005
        from 10 AM - 3 PM.

The Red Cross is making appointments, to help prevent any waste of donor
time.
They will also follow up with a reminder call.
The Code for this drive is: 9T30
or you may call or E-mail the drive coordinator,
        Al Rensbarger
        610-586-5936
        mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Please enter the auditorium at the pyramid steps on 47th between
Baltimore and Springfield, or at the entrance on the Parking Lot (at
Farragut Terrace, south of Springfield Ave)

Thanks in advance for your support.
