I have to use an appraiser from time to time at work and have used Bob
several times. He does good work, is very knowledgeable and a gentleman to
boot. He did live in UC in the past, not that it is important. Anyone worth
hiring locally should be on top of changes in values. He works for
sellers/owners as well as banks.
