We had dinner at Abbraccio on Friday night and I noticed a reference to a dessert either made by, or from a recipe created by, Beth Showell. In an apparent nod to Ms. Showell's well known and much beloved list serve posting style, the menu did not contain an actual description of the dessert. Rather, under her name, appeared the following line: "No, I bake it at 325 degrees."
