The average UC homeowner can't afford to buy in CC
these days BTW. I am fully aware of our communities
growth over the years, hell, I've been an active
participant.
True, but the housing is not comparable at all. Mostly little Trinities
in CC, gigantic twins in UC.
Sorry, but very few people from around the city know
anything about Marigold and RX. The two restaurants need
more than our community to survive, they can't even serve
breakfast during the week.
Woah- MG just got a write up in Philly mag, and they have been booked
solid since then. People KNOW.
