After recent bouts of _ADULTS_ complete misbehavior at the bridge, I really sense this is a cultural/customs issue not an adult issue. But no
one wants to take it on. Another example of rampant Philly social
disorder, even in the bowels of UPenn's vaunted 40th Street
cultural corridor.
Why doesn't President Gutmann try living west of 40th Street? There is
an absolutely wonderful estate available on the SW corner of 42nd
& Pine, beckoning her to come home.
It is time for the University to legitimately expand its values of
civility and proper social intercourse into the community.
It is also time for all good people to tell Mayor
John Street "the brothas and sistas bein' in charge" does not mean armed thugs
terrorizing us.
Why else do you think big liberal Robert Redford did not want to
take a chance on The Bridge? Location, Location, Location. Besides, the skiing
here, sucks.
