Who knew?

Last time I was in St. Louis, I was appalled by the number of stores that had huge signs stating that you could not bring a concealed weapon inside.

I guess I didn’t realize it was that easy or legal in Philly. Can individual stores/movie theatres/offices prohibit folks from carrying guns?

See http://www.ppdonline.org/hq_gunpermit.php for everything you need to know about pulling a CW permit here in Philadelphia. Hardest part might be finding a passport picture.

Sigh.

"The complainant reported that the argument escalated to the point at which the three males began to punch and kick him, prompting him to flee the theater.

According to police, the three other men followed the complainant outside and began to shoot at him. The complainant shot three to four bullets in response before the scene broke up.

Because the complainant had a permit for his nine-millimeter Beretta semi-automatic and reportedly only fired when his life was endangered, he does not currently face charges."
