I found a copy of this book at Fume (upstairs from abbyssinnia) autographed, I might add. And I started flipping through it -- filled with un-footnoted anticdotal material. One of the claims, I'm paraphrasing, was that "telling a pregnant woman not to smoke causes stress which does far more harm to a foetus than actually smoking" just there on the page, with no supporting evidence. It also looked self published, if I remember correctly, it was printed in courier.
