I have just been told that the woman with blotches on her face who was trying to scam me on 43rd near Pine last week has moved over to Locust and is using makeup to try to hide the spots on her face as she solicits money.
I do hope someone who sees her finds some way to have cops or others investigate to find out what is behind this solicitation. She may be being exploited by someone.
