In the early part of May we will have an apartment available. Sunny, third floor apartment has large bedroom, large living room, and eat-in kitchen that looks out into treetops. Tenant shares large yard. While there is a door to the apartment, tenant must walk through our family space to get to the apartment. Ideal for someone who would like the security of having others around or wants tips on how to get around the city. Washer/ dryer, wireless access, close to trolley, neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, and Penn Campus. Current tenant has dog, but dog is not required!
