A personal grudge? That doesn't make sense -- after all, it is not like I am mean spirited like the old Andrew Diller.
In fact, I have a hard-earned, and well-deserved reputation for helping the elderly, being nice to dogs, tipping generously and paying my taxes without complaint. I do recall having expressed, on several occassions, my concerns to certain residents of the 4600 block of Hazel Street about what I will politely describe as "exterior housekeeping issues," but the concerns were expressed in a very caring, sensitive and gentle way. No, I can't think of anything that I have done that would cause anyone to be cross with me, let alone sully my recyling bucket, and the buckets of my near neighbors, with small bags of dog poo.
