"Certainly an "efficiency" for $270,000 is excessive - that's Manhattan
pricing" -- I don't think so, based on my weekly review of the NY Time's Real
Estate section. It does seem expensive for UC.

Hmmm,

The prices seemed rather high to me, too, particularly since it's a condo, and
you have to pay maintenance plus mortgage, plus you have to abide by the
condo owners association rules. It seems that, for this neighborhood, the high
price outweighs the cost of convenience factors. Is Penn expecting a bunch of
new medical school hires to move into these units? Certainly an "efficiency"
for
$270,000 is excessive - that's Manhattan pricing.

What do the rest of you think? Are these maybe "asking" prices, to be lowered
once real buyers come along??
