I can't imagine why someone would choose a realtor from CC to buy/sell a house in UC.
Since I'm currently looking for a house, I can give you a couple of reasons. The first and most important to me is they got back to me. I had called UC one realtor twice about a property and never had my calls returned. Another one helped me look at one property but didn't seem to want to invest the time in me. (Maybe he had more important "clients"). Third one come 30 minutes late to a showing claiming they forgot/miswrote the information event though I confirmed it the day before.
My CC realtor called me at least once a week and has never been late to see a property. (The closest he came was when he was looking for a parking spot and called to let me know he'd be late). Additionally, I think because he's not trying to sell these houses for a full commission, he's not pressuring me the way I've felt before when I looked at a house.
