Umm. My impression from the prices of real estate in the area is that folks who own real estate stand to make some nice money. I saw a listing at 46th and Spruce that is OVER $500.000. A middle class couple would have a nice time paying that mortgage. They might want to venture towards West Powelton or 49th Street North of Spruce to find an affordable place.

unless they have some definition of 'unlucky' and 'owners' and 'venture towards' I'm missing?
