I was reading the City's Papers restaurant listings for UC on the way home this
evening and noticed a listing for Jow's Garden under the "Thai" heading. I
have driven/walked by the Jow's Garden sign many times and always assumed that
it has been closed for years. Is it actually open? Is it any good ? (Does
anyone else remember when Thai Garden (??) was located in that space).
