I know your post was a joke but, on the subject of catching the people who go 
around shooting people in certain neighborhoods, who do you think comes to 
University city to rob people and commit other petty crimes? Maybe we can catch 
some of them when they commit more serious crimes and get them put away for 
longer periods.
