Craig,

 1. I am not a shark.
 2. I wasn't in the park in the cold; I simply invited Glenn to enjoy it even
if I didn't tell him the time, only the date and place. Ray was critical, but
he stays indoors at the screen, looking for errant actors.
 3. I don't have any particular expertise in sound fiscal programming.
 4. I don't charge people or orgs attorney's fees.
 5. It comes after 4.

 Paul

When I stopped by Kyle's block this morning (a little before 09:30) to see
how it looked after trash collection, I was not pleased. The Watusi bldg
(KARASANYI, NOEL 657 PARKVIEW BLVD YEADON PA)
19050) continues to be a bad neighbor with sh*t all around it. I wonder why
UCD doesn't work with SWEEP to re-educate the owners through progressive
discipline? But, it is hard to get building owners to support your taxing
authority, if you don't cut them slack on enforcement issues. I can assure you,
if the building owners operated in the same manner in Yeadon, Code Enforcement
would do a lot more than rip them a new rectal orifice, because the Borough
employees value their jobs and love their community. If Sali's community
based security programming was to become popular effective and financially
supported, how long would it be before supporters of the UCD/NID would try to
usurp the programming to control its funding? Some of the programs I have
looked at elsewhere in our State can come with some attractive staff payroll
packages. Makes me wonder why the UCD security managers haven't already pursued
competitive funding opportunities form government. Of course when you a!
sk the Commonwealth for several hundred thousand dollars, they want a real
proposal or an on-target response to a RFP. Hey Shark Uyehara, if you are
really sucking up the cold weather in Clark Park today, I can make you a warm
offer. I am aware of several community groups who could benefit from
relationships with an attorney who understand the principals of sound fiscal
programming. They can't pay you but they can get you in out of the cold of
Clark Park before one of those rotted tree limbs falls and damages you. Just
mentioning it because I care. Ciao, Craig
