Did anyone else look at the proposed designs for the North Park portion of Clark Park? Did anyone else notice the design by Michael Nairn, Minister of Dog Culture, placed the paths so that no piece of land would be left big enough for a dog park? I thought it was sneaky and funny both at the same time. Chalk another one up for the dog owners in the bowl.
