That was funny. Seriously though ... in my neck of the woods, there are several large land owners, like the *Louis Starkman Co* <http://www.starkmanrealtors.com>, that never shovel their walks. This information is provided not to have neighbors against neighbors but to gently remind people of their obligations and allow them to have some recourse against companies that AREN'T neighbors.
