Hello,

The city went overboard when they salted our street and there was a
big mound of salt at the top of the street and 1/2 inch thick layer
down half the street.

It seemed like it would be a waste to let the rain wash it away and it
certainly would not be good for our trees and gardens.

We swept it up this morning and filled up 4 x 18 gallon totes with salt .

The salt is in front of the house and free for the taking.
1. Bring a bucket and a shovel.
2. Please do not take the totes.
3. Please do not make a mess.
4. Please put the lids back on the totes so that if it rains I don't
have buckets of salt soup.
