Al, why do I ever take you seriously?   In other words, you just SAID that, 
about religious law not being the stated opposition?   You don't really have 
any idea?   They didn't hear the case at the ZBA yet - so I'm not sure what you 
meant by "stated opposition."   But you're the one who has been telling us 
that the mosque didn't want the Wine & Spirits Shoppe across the street and you 
thought that should be "respected."   Why do you think they didn't want it 
there, if not for religious reasons?

Now, I'm sure the list has heard enough of this dialogue, so I'm going to 
drop it.
