It would be great if someone would contact the West Philly Democrat Club to
ask them to confirm which candidates plan to attend on Thursday and to send
this info to the UCLipServ.
I arrived late to the Powelton Village forum last night, and the room was
filled with disappointed people because none of the mayoral candidates
decided to show up.
I realize that there are a million of these forums every night, but it's was
colossally lame for Evan, Fattah and Nutter to no-show without providing
advance warning.
If these 3 decide to show up on Thursday, it would be justice if they were
required to wait until after the other candidates respond first to
questions.
The event wasn't a total loser, the relentless recycling guy did squeeze 20
signatures for the RNWP petition out of those ink conservationist in
Powelton Village.
