There is a black feral cat in the vicinity of 43rd & Pine-Osage that has a
fresh neck wound. The wound is very large, so it may have been bitten by
something other than another cat (raccoon, possum, dog,? ). It was on my
porch this morning (resting in a cardboard box), but ran off when I
discovered it. I am trying to trap it on my porch (on 43rd) with crate and
food, but doubt it will come back this way until nighttime. Please be on
the lookout if you live in the immediate area: 1) it needs food and shelter
and needs to be captured and taken to PACCA; 2) if you have outdoor cats
keep a close eye on them or keep them inside... I would not be surprised
if this poor kitty has FIV or other disease...

Thanks,
linda
