Ross - don't know if this helps in your case, but -

    you can print out anything that's on the screen by pressing the PrintScreen 
button (which simply puts the contents of the screen into the clipboard) then 
pasting the clipboard into the app of your choice (Word works fine).  If the 
list is real long, it may take two or three such screen  shots. Apologies if 
you already knew this. (Also assumes you're using Windows)

  Does anybody know if there's a way to print out the FIND window in the MS 
EXCEL "Find" Box? I'm searching an Excel spreadsheet of about 4500 rows and I 
have got precisely 205 cells in my little Find box but I would like to print
