To be fair, it was evidently Madeleine Kronovet that

yes, this is the same madeleine kronovet who wrote the article about the new liquor store on baltimore avenue:

"This will be a nice wine and spirits store that will serve to draw more costumers from the neighborhood," said Carolyn Hewson, director of Neighborhood Initiatives at University City District. "A broader audience is shopping on Baltimore Ave., and the new store reflects those changes."

and the same madeleine kronovet who wrote the article about
the new businesses planned for the domus building:

Pesacov added that no local retailers will fill the space, which is being rented at the more expensive rate
of $100 per square foot....

"All of our retail [stores] are upscale," she said. "Every tenant is well-known and has locations throughout the country."...

"All of the retailers are geared towards the students,"
said Pesacov.

question: when we read pesacov saying 'our' retail stores
and 'no local retailers will fill the space' and 'all of the
retailers are geared towards the students' do you think
kronovet realizes that this may be why some people in this
neighborhood think it's unreasonable for the nid boundaries
to include the penn campus?
